With so many changes occurring with our bodies during pregnancy, there is no
substitute for actually trying on the clothes and getting honest opinions and
feedback on wear-ability and fit. And of course, there’s nothing like
instant gratification!

Gift Certificates
Picklesandicecream.com offers both online and in-store gift certificates. Online
gift certificates can be used only at www.picklesandicecream.com. In-store gift
certificates can be purchased via the website but can only be used in the specific
store. If you purchase an in-store gift certificate, an associate will call
you to verify the purchase and method in which you would like your Gift Certificate
delivered. Online certificates can be emailed to the recipient or a paper certificate
can be mailed. And, of course, we can do both if you would like.
Return Policy
We thank you for shopping Picklesandicecream.com and we want you to love your purchases. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, simply send it back to us following the steps below. All Returns must be received within 21 days of the purchase date and we will happily refund your credit card for the full amount of the return, minus shipping fees.
We by all means don’t want you to be stuck with anything you don’t like or doesn’t fit, but we are a small online operation and can not accept items returned past the 21-day Return Period. If you feel you are getting down to the wire, please call or email us. Returns received after the 21-Day window without prior notification will be returned to you. Sorry, no exceptions.
We want the Return Process to be as simple as possible for you because we know you have way more important stuff going on.
If you are unhappy with your purchase…
1) Return your items with the RMA information on the Return policy insert from your shipment. If you no longer have that information, simply email us at Returns@picklesandicecream.com with your order number, and the reason for the return, and the items you want to return and/or exchange. We will promptly email you an RMA number which needs to be clearly displayed on the box or shipping label for easier processing.
2) Just ship your package back to this address via any trackable carrier:

3) Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund your card minus the shipping fees. We make every attempt to process returns in a timely manner, however please allow up to 2 weeks for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
4) If you can’t spare the transit time it takes to send the return and receive the exchange, please let us know and we will ship it before it arrives back to us. We are always a phone call or an email away. Exchanges are handled as a new purchase. We will charge your credit card when we ship the new items.
5) Due to the rising cost of shipping, we will no longer offer courtesy shipping on exchanges as of May 21, 2008.
We apologize but items purchased online at picklesandicecream.com can not be returned at Pickles & Ice Cream brick and mortar stores. Pickles & Ice Cream boutiques are independently owned franchises and operate separately from Picklesandicecream.com LLC.
The items must be unworn and in original condition with all original tags intact. Undergarments are NOT returnable for hygienic reasons, and Swimwear in only returnable with the hygienic liner intact. Sorry, no exceptions. Any discounts applied to an order will be taken into consideration when calculating refunds or store credits, thus you may not receive full value for the return of a single item. Sale items can only be returned for online store credit. We will email you instructions on how to redeem your store credit on your next transaction. Savings Cravings Outlet items are deeply discounted and therefore are FINAL SALE (Also includes items with prices ending in $.77). Sorry, no exceptions.
Please follow the manufacturer’s care instructions carefully as Pickles & Ice Cream can not be responsible for damages that occur during the dry cleaning, laundering, tailoring or misuse of merchandise.
We love our clothes and hope you will too! But, buying maternity clothes without feeling and touching the clothes can be challenging to say the least. So, if the clothes aren’t what they looked like online or just don’t fit you well, we highly recommend trying your new clothes on when you first get them to determine whether you love it or hate it. 21 Days go quickly so if you happen to hate it, please send them back promptly so that we can refund you for the no-no’s. Returns will not be accepted after 21 Days of the purchase date.
Pickles & Ice Cream can not be responsible for the fit of the items beyond the 21 day Return Period. Sorry, no exceptions.
Gift Packaging
Our signature Gift Packaging is complimentary upon request. We will handwrite
the note as you specify for each gift package. We thank you for choosing gifts
from Pickles & Ice Cream for your loved one.
Shipping
Orders received by 2pm CST will more than likely ship that same day. Your package
will arrive via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise before the transaction
is complete. Again, we are always a phone call or email away if you need assistance.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not ship until Monday. Orders that
need to arrive to you on Saturdays or via First Priority Overnight, please call
us so that we can insure it’s processed appropriately and with the utmost
priority. Please keep in mind though that once we process the Priority request
to UPS and they take the package, the responsibility falls on them to deliver
it on time. But, please call us and let us know if we can help remedy the situation.
We know how important it is to be dressed for success whether in business or
play.
As much as the word “Guaranteed” means, sometimes weather and other
acts of God happen that are out of any person’s control.
International Shipping
International Shipping
We will gladly ship to anywhere we can around the world. When choosing one of the UPS Worldwide services and/or UPS Standard to Canada shipping options, you are accepting all duty taxes and customs charges imposed by the in-bound country. When shipping international, we do know that even a pound in extra weight can sway the costs by $8-10 so we will take precise weights to save you as much as we can. But you will be responsible for each country’s duties and customs fees and they can be really pricey. We will be more than happy to email you for a final confirmation with estimated fees and delivery date prior to fully executing the order. After a final confirmation, you will be responsible for all fees and return shipping costs if you refuse the shipment.
